My A/C wasn’t cooling the house, I called Alpha Air pretty late and was hoping for a technician to stop by the next... morning, to my surprise Artur answered and suggested to stop by the same day(!!!) He showed up as promised, on time, diagnosed and fixed the issue with my A/C in no time! Artur is very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient! The price was extremely fair as well which is always a big plus! I will make sure to recommend Alpha Air to family and friends!read more

Just about everything has already been said. Artur runs a tight ship and I really felt that he cares for his customers... and is looking to build long-term relationships. He checked on his workers several times and again at the end to make sure everything was up to standards (it was). From the start communication was good, he saved me over a thousand dollars compared to the closest other estimate and didn't try to add any "up-sells" that I didn't need. He explained my options well and made his suggestion (which I went with). This was a few months ago and everything is working fine - I wanted to make sure before writing this review. Now, here's the kicker, the new thermostat was a different size than the old one and a different color of paint was showing. Artur said he would take care of it. He came by a couple of days later with a trim piece he had to special order and put it on - no extra charge, after the he was paid and the job was done! Artur gets my vote, I can't really think of anything that could have been better.read more

I have always had excellent service from Alpha Air! The customer service always accommodates my schedule and are very... friendly. The technicians are also great! They installed a new ductless system at my house a year ago. During the install they provided honest advise about what... to install and what wasn't required. The technicians are knowledgeable and very pleasant. They have since come for annual servicing and continue to offer great service and advise. I highly recommend this company for any heating or cooling needs.read more

Artur was fabulous! Called him at 8pm and he was here quickly and when he said he would be. Did an amazing job fixing... our air conditioner, knew exactly what he was doing, highly professional and saved us as from a house that was over 30 degrees. Highly recommend Alpha Air.read more
